We believe that giving you a clear understanding of the process is vital to ensure that your project runs smoothly and is hassle-free.

Once the quotation has been accepted a confirmation letter or sub-contractor’s agreement is sent. The following steps are then taken:

Sign contract and email all H&S documents including SSSP

VSP Interiors puts safety first. We believe having H&S documents to our client is a positive attitude towards the projects.

Shop drawing and colour confirmation

Our design team is handed the contract to start shop drawing process. In order to work accordingly with the client and architect, shop drawing is simply presenting a computerised illustration and description for the client and architect to confirm and sign it off. Shop drawing helps to eliminate any misconception of design, colours as well as focussing on finer, detailed work.

Arrange site survey and site measure

VSP Interiors works according to construction programmes on site.

Site measure is done after the walls are lined. Our project managers are always present on-site and coordinate well once the site is ready for the measurements to be completed.

Start manufacturing

All manufacturing takes place at our Glenfield premises. This includes any finishing, painting, staining, clear coating. You are welcome to view your assembled kitchen cabinetry prior to it being put into the paint-shop.

QA after assembly

Quality Assurance is done by our factory supervisor who has been in this field for over 25 years. We ensure our client receives the gratification and quality work.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery is always arranged in advice with the project managers on site. Usually the kitchens are delivered a day before installation. Cabinetry installation is by our own specialist installers who has over 20 years of experience.

Final QA on site and Handover

Once your kitchen installation is complete our QA team or site installer (competent to do QA) will come and see you to conduct a quality audit of your new kitchen. They will carry out any necessary adjustments before handover.
